Sign-in

Sign out and back in with the same method you used to create the account. Wallet users: unlock the wallet and reconnect.

Rides

No climbs matched. Most rides cross no defined climb. If the ride did cross one, confirm it followed the route from start to finish and re-upload the original FIT.

Climb ridden, no result. Processing may be incomplete; refresh after a few minutes. Otherwise compare the climb's route to the ride and re-upload the original file.

Stuck on Pending. Wait a few minutes and refresh. If unchanged, upload the original FIT.

No CAL. One of three causes: the ride lacked a power meter or enough power data; your Threshold is not yet established and the CAL is held (Held rides); or the ride was completed more than 30 days before upload.

Old ride not counted. A ride completed more than 30 days before upload is not written on-chain. It counts no CAL and takes no leaderboard place.

Ride under review. No action is needed; Boulder Roller reviews it (Review). If it stays under review, contact support with the ride date.

DUNG

No DUNG after a ride. DUNG settles weekly, not per ride, and only to leaderboard seats, Local Legends, and backers. Check Settlements after Tuesday.

DUNG ready, not received. DUNG from deposits requires Collect. Leaderboard and Local Legend DUNG does not.

iOS

Recording does not start. Enable location access in iOS Settings.

Sensor does not pair. Enable Bluetooth, wake the sensor, and disconnect it from any other app or head unit.

Ride saved on this device. The ride was under 100 m or 30 GPS samples and was not uploaded. It can be exported as a file.
