Geographic Data Exception.

Notwithstanding any other provision of these Terms, the geographic data identified in Boulder Roller’s Open Climb Data releases is made available under the Open Data Commons Open Database License 1.0 (ODbL). Applicable third-party rights in individual contents, including elevation data, and their required notices are identified with the relevant release. Nothing in these Terms limits, overrides, or adds restrictions to rights granted under those licences, or imposes licence conditions on material where no permission is required.

You may copy, extract, modify, redistribute, and commercially reuse the covered geographic data in accordance with its applicable licences, without an additional Boulder Roller fee or permission. Any restriction in these Terms on copying, scraping, modification, reverse engineering, redistribution, or commercial use does not restrict those licensed rights. In a conflict concerning the covered geographic data, the applicable data licence controls.

Complete machine-readable releases and their notices are available without an account at the Open Climb Data page linked from this product. Operational measures protecting service availability do not restrict downstream reuse of data already obtained or remove the separate bulk-download route.

This exception does not grant access to private accounts, private ride evidence, nonpublic economic records, security credentials, or software source code. It does not license Boulder Roller trademarks or third-party basemap tiles. Data outside the identified releases remains subject to its applicable terms and rights, including any rights it independently carries.
